It's fully waterproof and very snug and comfortable, with a removable hood lined with soft microfleece and a nifty chin protector flap. The double-sided, full length front zip openings make for easy dressing, undressing and nappy-changing, as well as ensuring that baby doesn't overheat in the car seat or when arriving indoors. The elasticated leg openings have stirrup straps to fit over booties for those first toddling steps.
