Isbjörn of Sweden (formerly Nanook) have designed quality children's outdoor clothing for active kids aged 0-10 years since 2003, while Didriksons have produced specialist waterproof clothing since 1913 and Elka since 1958. All use functional, breathable, hard-wearing materials that are easy to care for. Their children's clothes are made with outdoor-loving Scandinavians and harsh Nordic weather conditions in mind, using light yet warm layers for optimal flexibility. Trendy designs and funky colours characterise their timeless Swedish and Danish style. Polartec^® Microfleece - thinner fleece layers
Polartec® micro^® is an incredibly soft and flexible fleece, suitable as a reinforcing middle layer in cold temperatures, but also as outerwear in its own right in milder weather - these children's fleeces are ideal for the British climate! Material weight: 159g/m².

Polartec^® Thermal Pro^® - warm fleece for cold temperatures
Polartec Thermal Pro® offers effective warmth in a light material. Air pockets are created at both sides of the material, holding in the body’s own warmth. The surface of this fleece has been treated to make it water-repellent and especially hard-wearing. Material weight: 280 g/m².

Didriksons Dry2 - outdoor specialists Didriksons' waterproof, windproof membrane
This is the 2011 model of our hugely popular all-weather coats, made with Didriksons' proprietary Storm System Dry2, a durable waterproof, windproof and very comfortable material. These traditional Scandinavian spring coats offer plenty of room for a warm sweater underneath so are equally perfect for the British autumn and winter and make great school coats too - a true all-rounder! Hoods and cuffs are adjustable for complete comfort, while nifty contrasting details add Scandinavian cool to each jacket. We're very excited about the colours for this season: a gorgeous bright blue and bright green for boys (which we think work equally well on funky girls) and a pale pink and a coral red (with pink details) for girls.

Fully waterproof, lightly padded winter coats by Didriksons
Our hugely popular winter coats in Didriksons Storm System Dry2 are back, with lovely new models and colours for 2011/12! These jackets make great coats for school and leisure through the British autumn, winter and spring.
