We know that you provide us with information solely to order clothes. We will keep a record of your purchases and of any email correspondence in order to effectively deal with any queries or concerns you may have.
We will not share this information with others, and we will not bother you with unsolicited emails. Should you wish to be added to our mailing list to receive information about new products and special offers, please send us an email.
We use the secure payment system provided by Nochex, a well-known British on-line payment services company, to accept all major credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta). We never see your card details. Please note that the transaction will appear on your statement as "Nochex" .
We will ship to any address in the UK, Ireland or rest of the European Union, as well as Switzerland and Norway. All orders over £15 are shipped free of charge within the UK. For orders below £15, a shipping fee of £2 applies. We use Royal Mail First Class post or First Class Recorded post unless agreed otherwise. A shipping supplement of £8.50 is applied to all orders to other European countries, including the Republic of Ireland. All orders from outside the UK will need to be signed for on delivery.
We will aim to despatch your order within 5 working days (usually more quickly), if the product you require is in stock. If we anticipate any delay beyond this, we will let you know by email.
We cannot be responsible for postal delays. If you have a particular deadline, such as a birthday or a holiday, please let us know and we will try to help. If the product is in stock, we're usually able to offer the option of UK Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day delivery from the time of despatch) at a standard cost of £5 per order. If you want to take advantage of this service, we would advise you to contact us at the time of order to ensure availability of the product, and to check our next despatch date (normally possible within 1-2 working days but please check with us first).
Occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case, drop us an email, and we will provide an estimated date for shipment.
Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for items lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. Should your order be returned to us as "undeliverable" we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In this case we reserve the right to charge you for any additional shipping cost.
We want you to be delighted with the clothes you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods, please return them
We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
Because we don't charge for shipping for orders over £15 in the UK, we will refund you the order amount minus the shipping cost incurred by us. For partially returned orders we will refund the cost of the items returned minus a handling charge of £2 per order or the additional postage cost originally occurred, whichever is greater. For exchanges, we reserve the right to make a charge for the second delivery. For orders where a delivery charge has applied, we won't refund the cost of delivery unless the item was faulty when we despatched it.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods without the original tags, or where the original manufacturer's packaging is missing or has been badly damaged as this seriously affects the resale value. Alternatively, we reserve the right to charge a £5 restocking fee per item for such items.
We strongly recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the label inside each item of clothing as we cannot make refunds for items damaged in the wash.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to be processed.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are of course unaffected.
